Introduction

  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Follow these instructions to make Kedgeree:
  1. Rinse the rice and add it to a pot with 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt. Bring the rice to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
  2. While the rice is cooking, boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Drain and let cool before peeling and cutting them into quarters.
