Instructions

Step 1: Make the dough

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well. 2. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. 3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the filling

1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. 3. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute. 4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Step 4: Fry the samosas

1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. 2. Once the oil is hot, add the samosas and fry on medium heat until they turn golden brown. 3. Take them out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
