- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Remove the lamb leg steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking. This will help them cook more evenly.2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the herb mixture all over the lamb leg steaks, making sure to coat them evenly. Let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
