Open the can of Rotel and pour it into the skillet as well. 6. Stir everything together and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. 7. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 8. Take a baking dish and spread the tortilla chips on the bottom. 9. Pour the mixture from the skillet over the tortilla chips, making sure to spread it out evenly. 10. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the mixture. 11. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 12.
