Meatballs Recipe Ideas
Classic Italian Meatballs
Ingredients:- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients:- 1 pound ground beef

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, cilantro, green onions, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
